apple pancakes

2 to 3 apples, grated

6 -7 tablespoons of all purpose flour

1 egg

butter, for frying

grate the apples and place in a bowl with all their juices.

add in the flour and the egg until a thick pancake batter forms.

melt the butter in the pan and from scoops of the apple mixture. press down while they fry.

flip after 3 minutes and cook until both sides are browned.

serve with cherry jam and confectioners sugar.
